Today I got this update on my portal. Let me just say I have read through many threads about this topic on this forum, but still, my questions remain. In order to be considered for an appointment, you must complete the following forms by November 14, 2018. 1. USAFA Form 146 - Air Force Academy Candidate Personal Data Record 2. USAFA Form 147 - Air Force Academy Candidate Activities Record 3. USAFA Form 0-158 - USAF Academy Candidate Fitness Assessment 4. AF Form 2030 - USAF Drug and Alcohol Abuse Statement 5. USAFA Form 0-501 - Drug and Alcohol Use Circumstances (only if required) 6. USAFA Form O-878 - USAF Academy Candidate Writing Sample You will find these forms at the bottom of your status page. If you fail to complete all these forms by the deadline above your candidate kit will be locked and you will not be considered for admission to USAFA. Additionally, ensure you have completed (or at least scheduled) your DoDMERB medical and have contacted your Admissions Liaison Officer. Please note that your Admissions Liaison Officer is not required to schedule your interview until you accomplish the items above. So, the only thing that I am missing is my CFA scores, which I am planning to take and get in next Friday, November 9th. Does this letter mean that once I have sent in the CFA scores, I will be able to see who my evaluator is, and then contact them? Currently, I have an ALO listed on my portal, but that is not the same person as my evaluator. I am particularly concerned because it sounds like some people were able to schedule their interview BEFORE all their forms got it, and that they knew who to contact about it BEFORE their forms got it.
