Exactly which copies...

Which copies of forms are needed to bring with on R-Day?
So far I have:
immunization form
checking account form
SS card copy

I was reading through the packet on the online portal and this is what it said is needed but I am not sure if I missed anything. Thanks!

My daughter made a copy of everything she sent to USMA and hand carried the copies with her.

Agreed...son made copies of everything (2 in fact, one he left home in case!) He can always get rid of extras later.
