Exam out of date with a deadline this month

So I originally took my exam two years ago this January. Due to multiple problems with a waver never being requested for AFROTC for reasons I don't know, my waiver was in review in December and my exam expired in January. For that period it now says waiver granted but I have to complete a new one as it is expired. I have finished the process of the initial assessment 7 days ago again but am just wondering how to speed up the process as to continue in AFROTC I have to be cleared my March 1st.
