Exam Packet

I just scheduled my medical and eye examinations and downloaded the exam packet many times, however, there is no checkmark for "download exam packet". Will this be done after I get my exam or is there a certain way I have to do it?
Also, there are only two exams to schedule, correct (medical and eye)? Because after I scheduled my eye exam (after doing medical) it said that I still had another one to schedule yet both were checked off.
 
Yes, 2 appointments. Eye and medical. Make sure you enter appointment times in the system. Take copies of both the eye and medical packet to appointments. In our DS's case, eye dr didn't need it, did it in online form. Medical appointment did need it. I don't recall a check mark for the packet.

I'm having the same problem. I scheduled both the medical and eye exams with their times as well as downloaded the exam packet, but there is no check mark. What did you do to solve this?
