Exams not received

Eye exam completed on 10/03/19. Medical completed on 10/14/19. Eye exam status changed almost immediately on Dodmet, however, we just received an email that medical examination has not been received yet. Dodmerb still states incomplete. Called Concorde and they confirmed it has not been received and will follow up with medical examiner. Is this common? Anyone else still waiting for status change on dodmet or have not had exams received yet? What is a normal time frame? Should we be concerned that it hasnt been received?

What i did was email them back and inform them when I completed the exams.
It took almost 2 weeks for my exams to be received me DoDMETS. Give it some time.

Along these same lines, does anyone know if they wait for both exams to be completed before sending any results? My DS doesn't have his eye exam until 11/21, but the medical was completed in late September. Thank you!

I believe they both have to be completed before the case is closed. Is there a way your DS can get the eye exam sooner? The eye exam was the easier/faster part for DS. He was offered an appt a week after making the interview. Maybe there is a cancellation list or an alternate location would be possible? September to November seems like a big gap when you have already done the most extensive part.

Thanks for the reply boxmm24! When he made the appointment, DS asked if he could be placed on a cancellation list. So now we wait.

Thank you. We emailed them back saying all exams have been completed. Hopefully well see a status change soon, a positive one hopefully.

So I think I found an appropriate thread for this, BUT... My DoDMETS profile reads as complete, however, my DoDMERB profile says that my Initial Medical Exam has not arrived... the exams were finished and submitted to DoDMETS 10/14. Where is the threshold for contacting someone? Do I contact DoDMETS? DoDMERB?

I wouldn't be concerned yet. This is a busy time. My son had his medical exam in July, and it took 3 weeks to show up on DODMETS.
