I just found out I received a nomination from TN-07, and I was wondering if anyone knew when the date West Point makes there decision for candidates for the initial slate, not the national waiting list? I have some additional information I need to send in, but since I'm out of school, I can't get my Dean to sign it so I can submit it. Do you think that submitting it by Jan 8 will be before West Point makes decisions for competitive slates?

Congratulations on your nomination. I don't have an answer to your question, but was wondering how you found out about your nomination. Did you receive a letter or phone call?

The application deadline is Feb. 28. I don't believe they will evaluate competitive slates before then in order to allow everyone the allotted time to complete the application submissions.
