Failed alpha inspection! What's the consequences?

Unless your room looked liked someone trashed it, if a 1/C actually went out of his/her way to fail someone's room on an alpha inspection, they really need a life.

The only thing that may be challenging in the USNA PRT is the 1.5 mi Run in 10:30. 45 push ups is cake (we actually have to do more at the Merchant Marine Academy (51) to pass. 65 sit ups isn't hard either. And I came from being a non-athlete who could barely do 10 push ups and couldn't even run a mile continuously before I started training.
It's important to note that the PRT is not pass-fail - it's graded. 45/65/10:30 is the minimum passing level, but that would be a 60/100 (D). To get an 90 (A) requires a minimum of 92+push-ups, 93+ sit-ups and an 8:45 run.
