Can someone explain the ideal or prototypical falcon scholar. Who are they looking for. As an example is you stack ranked all applicants is this the very next group that wasn’t accepted. While you don’t need a nomination does one help you chances at getting a falcon scholar?

I am not quite sure what you are asking. If you are given the TWE from a SA, you are not put into the category of "Falcon Scholar."
