Falcon Scholarship to Appointment (hypothetical)

Hey quick question. Has anyone ever been offered a falcon scholarship and then have it replaced with an offer of appointment (for the same year).

I've heard of TWE to appointment.....was wondering if the same could be said about Falcon scholarship to Appointment.
