Fall transcript for college reapplicant

As a reapplicant, will my high school grades still be important or does it now come down just to my first semester college grades? My grades slipped a little senior year but I plan on putting in hard work and hopefully getting straight A's this fall.

They both are considered as your WCS is developed. Your additional semester of college will add additional points if you do well.
