Everyday Fave after the Boulder, Cape Cod 40% lower in fat potato chips, all the good stuff, less of the slippery stuff

I am a sucker for the super thin warm tortilla chips at a restaurant. Out of the bag at home, meh.

Can CheezIts count as chips? Or are we focused here on sliced and fried?

I count everything in a bag that you can eat with your fingers as a chip.

Short of reduced flavor, unsalted, or overly flavored with some godawful artificial enhancer, I am extremely tolerant and liberal with my devouration of chips.

Even if the chip wasn't endowed with the proper amount of salt and grease, I can always mitigate that with enough sour cream or other dipping material.

It's Zapp's for me. The perfect kettle chip right out of the bag. The crunch and texture are all to my liking. Love having that potato chip dust on my fingers.

Followed by jalapeno flavored. When I want that dust on my fingers, I go for a good cheese puff.

But seriously, my favorite chips are hand-cut, house-made potato chips that you get at some of your better independent burger joints. Fresh out of the fryer, sprinkled with a bit of salt, they’re hard to beat.

In a pinch, I’m not above enjoying a bag of Ruffles. They’re hard to beat too.
