List any of all your favorite parts of ROTC whether it's Army, Navy, or Air Force!

I can tell you that for my freshman daughter in Army ROTC, it was the Ranger Challenge training and experience, even though she was an alternate. She is already excited for next years competition.

Definitely the french toast from Maxwell AFB's DFAC at field training

TOO FUNNY Nick! Was that because you were starving after spending so much time in the field, or was it in your mind delicious because it was your last meal before marching off into the field?

I think our DS would say the 1st and 15th (PAYDAY!) or being a POC and not a GMC anymore.

I think one of my favorite parts is watching people's faces as they see us running around, working on squad tactics in the middle of campus.

I also just really enjoy the camaraderie. I don't hang with ROTC people that much outside of class/lab yet, but it is nice to know that most people generally have the same goals you do.

Oh we savored every bite before we got sent to Camp Shelby. Because we knew once we got there, wed get Army food instead of Air Force deliciousness.

The 1st and the 15th are good days as long as they pay us on time. I STILL havent gotten my book money!

DS hasn't gotten his either, but then again he just got his TDY pay for his time at Maxwell, (this past Thursday) so he figures it will be coming on the 1st.
