Fax down at NEX

if you faxed orders in the last 6 weeks to NEX check to make sure they have your order. Apparently the fax has been down and due to a strike it was not repaired.
 
So they will let a Fax machine go unrepaired for six weeks as opposed to spending $100 on a new one? Or here's a crazy idea ... NEX joins the 21st century and use e-freakin-mail!!!

The strike is by Verizon workers, so the issue is a telecommunications issue, not a "let's just plug in a new fax machine" issue.
 
I sent my order via telegraph, hopefully their Morse code reader doesn't work for Verizon.
 
Too bad Navy Signalman rating was eliminated in 2003...the demise of the Skivvy-Wavers. Vis Comms duties now performed by other ratings.

2020 parents- If you have faxed a copy of your Plebe candidate order form for items from the NEX anytime in the last 6 weeks, please call or email to confirm that Lane has received your order.
