if you faxed orders in the last 6 weeks to NEX check to make sure they have your order. Apparently the fax has been down and due to a strike it was not repaired.
The strike is by Verizon workers, so the issue is a telecommunications issue, not a "let's just plug in a new fax machine" issue.So they will let a Fax machine go unrepaired for six weeks as opposed to spending $100 on a new one? Or here's a crazy idea ... NEX joins the 21st century and use e-freakin-mail!!!
I sent my order via telegraph, hopefully their Morse code reader doesn't work for Verizon.
