Feb 11 Portal Update Questions

I am a candidate for class 2024 with an LOA and a nomination from my MOC. I’ve been told that there is no reason why I should not get an appointment, but I have not yet received my BFE or a call from MOC regarding appointment. Is this something to worry about? The South Carolina MOC’s are not the most organized so I’m not sure if that’s what’s happening
 
A call from your MOC is not guaranteed. It is an option that only some of them use. Don't let that add to your stress. BFE's seem to arrive after the portal notifications. That was DD's experience. No call, BFE three days after the portal offer.

Thank you!! Much needed stress relief. Back to watching the portal like a hawk now😂

DS hasn't received a call nor letter from his MOC. Only an email from his assistant and then update on the portal.
 
If we already accepted when the appointments were released during the glitch, should we accept again? Would this cause more havoc in the system?

Are you saying that you didn’t get the original posting on the portal with the glitch and you did not get an email about the glitch? Just wondering since my DD is a principal nom and she didn’t get any emails or updates except the portal letter saying she was qualified.

I got the glitch and the email, but I just didn’t receive a call from my MOC
