It seems they offer this for Army ROTC, but I do not believe it applies to AF ROTC scholarship winners which is very disappointing. I forgot that this post wasn't specific to AF.The Daytona campus does per the official Army Scholarship site

Maybe if you're on-campus...ERAU Daytona grants only $2500/semester to my off-campus AROTC 3-year scholarship student.
Note there is a shortage of on-campus housing...this was the first year ERAU Daytona had planned to require students to live both freshman & sophomore years on-campus but had to drop that requirement back to only freshman year given the limited on-campus housing available.
