I just received a call to schedule a field Force interview. My application has been complete since November and I have received a Congressional nomination. What does this mean at this point in the process? How important is this interview in the application process?

It is somewhat important. Although an interview is not a required part of the process, if they asked you to schedule one, it will become a part of the evaluation.

Interview was awesome! If any prospective cadets get a chance to have a Field Force interview, you won't be disappointed. The waiting game continues. Patiently hopeful.
