I know many of you have asked this question already but there is a red X next to my interview. However, my interview has been completed for several months. The portal states not to contact admissions or my FFR. What should I do? Thanks.

I would follow their instructions and wait. It is a new addition to the portal, busy time of year etc. I am sure they are aware and will be updating applications one by one.
