2020 Army Navy game is a financial hit for athletic associations at both academies

Losing the City of Philadelphia as host because the Army-Navy game could not be held before a sellout crowd at Lincoln Financial Field means a 60% reduction in revenue for the athletic associations at the two service academies.

USAA gets a good PR during the broadcast. The smartest thing that USNA and USMA ever did was move A-N to the second weekend of December. During normal (nonCOVID) years, most Conference Championship games are done...and its the only game on. CBS (I think its CBS, but correct me if wrong) has done a great job presenting the game with the respect that it deserves. The intro to the broadcast is usually EPIC... and they don't sign off until Navy sings ! (I will admit however, I never ever heard the slogan "Sing Second" until CBS got involved).

Not yet! Watched 2017 and 2018 tonight again. 2017 still wins for me.
