BB throw - 48 ft. Pull ups - 13 Shuttle run - 8.1 sec. Sit ups- 73 Push ups - 75 Mile - 6:04 From what I can see, I definitely have to improve on my BB throw. Will be practicing on it. I heard from someone that it was mostly strength but even some technique thrown into it. So hopefully that means it's easy to increase the scores...just have to use the right technique.
