Does anyone know what the minimum reps or times that are need to pass each section of the fitness evaluation?
 
From the USAFA pre-candidate booklet:

Maximum performance scores by event and gender.
BB Throw Pull-Ups Shuttle Run Sit-Ups Push-Ups 1-Mile Run
Male 102 18 7.8 95 75 5:20
Female 66 7 8.6 95 50 6:00

Mean entering candidate performance scores by event and gender.
BB Throw Pull-up Shuttle Sit ups Push-ups 1 Mile
Male 69 11 8.8 80 60 6:40
Female 41 3 9.7 79 40 7:44

You should really treat the average CFA scores as the minimum required. I haven't heard of USAFA publishing any cut off limit though.

there are no official minimums. I would not say the averages should be "minimums", although they are definetely good goals to strive for. It's always better to be in the top 50%, although that means that half of the people here scored lower than those averages and still got accepted into here
