Fitness exam scoring form,

I had an active duty military member administer my fitness exam for the CGA, however I cannot figure out how to get them the scoring sheet. Can someone please help me out?

you should have selected them in your recommenders as the PFE Administrator. If they follow the link they will have received via email all the forms etc are available to them.
