For the CG PFE- can one catch their breath during the two minute sit ups? I realize you can't during the push ups.

Also, during AIM, will the Aimsters be given this test?

You can pause during the sit-up portion. Any sit-up not properly performed will not count. You have 2 minutes, so (obviously) any time spent resting will not be spent doing sit-ups.

I realize you can't during the push ups.

Correct, as soon as you break the cadence, the push-up section is over.

Also, during AIM, will the Aimsters be given this test?

Yes, unless it isn't.
