Five U.S. Soldiers' Deaths Came at Hands of Comrade, Military Says

Pretty horrific story here from from Camp Liberty Baghdad this morning. "An American soldier opened fire on comrades Monday on a large military base in Baghdad, killing five and wounding three, the U.S. military said." Full article can be found at link below. It's a reminder that we need to keep our soldiers in our thoughts and prayers always.

Thanks for the sobering reminder. One thing overlooked in the media though is this incident, as horrible as it is, is rare in our military. We read about people "snapping" and killing others in schools, malls, fast food places, etc. The discipline of our military men and women needs to be commended. The stress they are under is incredible yet stories like this, thankfully, are few.
