DD is wrapping up the final paperwork here, and just found that the paper copy she received of the "Fleet Hometown News Release" --NAVSO 5741/1 (Rev 4/2012) -- is printed on one side and blank on the other (the bottom footer saying "Page 1 of 2"). Unless we missed something, the form is not on the USNA Permit to Report link (please advise if we missed something!). We have also tried finding a public-domain copy to use as a substitute, but to no avail. Any ideas? I know this isn't critical processing info, but we would rather get this all into one envelope, and have it arrive on-time. Thanks!
