For Those of Us Still Waiting C/O 2025

My disheartened son did AFROTC and engineering at Denver U and got in USAFA his second try. I don’t know if he would’ve survived his first tough year going straight from high school. I went to USAFA straight from hs and my husband went after 2 years of college and he did way better than me! I know this hurts but it’s a gift! Get your app going July 1st and do well at plan B. USAFA loves reapplicants!!
 
Just wanted to get this out here cause I’m a little frustrated. I’m still waiting for some sort of notice from USAFA. I haven’t got anything since I originally turned in my application in November and as the days go on I find it more and more frustrating to not know where I’m going to school. I’ve had offers from coaches that I’ve had to tell to wait because I’m still holding out for airforce. I don’t think it’s right that I have waited this long and still don’t know if I’m even accepted or denied. This whole process has been a pain in the butt and I just hope it comes to an end soon.

At this point in the game I feel like it’s ok to reach out to admissions and explain your situation. Hopefully you hear soon.
 
1st batch of Prep School appointments are being announced today so thinking that might be a piece to the building of the class of 2025. Patience is something we have learned to grow in over the last 10 months.

Agree with @2025mustelse, wouldn't hurt to contact admissions. For the other offers from coaches you've received, those sound like plan B's, are potential
