Would OCS accept a degree from The American University Of Paris?

I don't know the degree recognition system, but it seems like their degrees are recognized as American Bachelors degrees etc...

"An important factor in having a successful career is choosing a reputable college. The American University of Paris has been continuously accredited since 1973 by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE), one of only six prestigious regional accreditation associations in the United States. The Middle States Commission accredits many other well known universities in the United States, such as Cornell University, Columbia University, and New York University.

AUP is a non-profit educational institution incorporated in the State of Delaware and licensed by the Board of Education as a Delaware institution of higher education. The University is registered in the United States as a 501 (c) (3), a not-for-profit organization."

It shouldn't be hard to find an answer--look up your desired branch's commissioning or OTS/OCS regulation.

For the Air Force, this is AFI 36-2013. Para 3.2.5.3.4 has your answer for AF OTS.

Technically, a bachelor's degree is not required for a commission. Regardless, most branches require one under most circumstances.

It looks like you might be a HS student. I took your post to mean that you had completed a degree already and were looking for accession via OCS.

If you are a HS student, I suggest you "stay normal" if you want to commission. Just go to a regular school and get a regular US degree. It's hard enough to commission-- no need to add extra steps. Save the foreign schools for your Project Go study abroad year, or as a follow-up master's degree while stationed in EUCOM.
