forgot to list additional injury on DODMERB medical history questions

Hi,
I had my DODMERB physical and I forgot to disclose a small foot fracture from 4 years ago. I am worried this is very bad and am unsure about what my next step should be.

The fracture healed normally and I have had no problems since
