Form 147 Reversal?

I was just given two awards (one dealing with Aerospace) and I have also founded an Amnesty International on my campus, but I have already sent in my Activities Form (Form 147). Is there anyway I can reverse this and add these activities and honors? I would have waited, but my high school counselor was adamant I send these forms as fast as I can. Thank you!
 
Contact your Admission Counselor. Their contact info should be in your portal. It may take a couple of days for them to respond since they cover such large areas. My guess is that they will ask you to send them the info and they will add it to your file.

I've worked with the counselors for decades...here's a secret: there's almost nothing they can't do. Okay, they can't select you for an appointment...other than that...I've seen them work some amazing "miracles!"

ALWAYS include them on anything new and exciting!!!

That's too bad. Are you able to call Admissions? Don't rat out your Admissions Counselor and speak to anyone that answers. Have your USAFA ID ready to give them.
 
I would be as complete as possible in one email thread.
Did you print out the Activities Record? Add all additional things in a word document. (This is your entire AR with new additions)
Make sure your GC signs and dates it, same with you. Save to pdf.
Do a coversheet with additions only. Attached all supporting documents as evidence. (This is the additions only)

Email pdfs to your admissions counselor, and cc your ALO and your GC.
Make sure to ask him/her to confirm receipt.
And make sure to put your USAFA ID on at least the signature page, all pages even better.

and see if there are specific instructions for how to provide updates. If not, i'd use "USAFAID - updates to Activities Record dated 09/17/2020" or something like that in the subject line.
 
I asked my RC how to do this, I was given email add of a cadet support tech.
I asked my school GC to send email to the cadet support tech advising of the new awards and leaderships.

Result: I could see the award, leadership added to my CAR on portal in 2-3 days.
