Before I begin, this is not me asking if I should be honest on the form, because I will be. Also, I have looked at many posts about marijuana experimentation and getting accepted to the academy and joining the Air Force, and none of them have answered this question:

I've been going through the process of filling out my application for USAFA recently (I know, I'm late, but I started late because I felt like I didn't have a shot competing with people that are better than me until I finally got the confidence to apply), and I realized that form 2030 exists. I've experimented with marijuana once and sadly it was earlier this year before I started my application or even fully decided to try to get into USAFA (which is why I didn't know about the form), and I've been stressing over just how badly this will affect my career in the Air Force. I know that I can still get accepted to the academy and join the Air Force, but I really want to know how this will affect my career selection once I graduate from the academy or college while doing AFROTC. Does my circumstance mean that I can't be selected for jobs with security clearances that are high up in the level of importance? I'm worried that my level of success will be limited by what I did. Can anyone please let me know what this will mean for me when it comes to career selection? Thank you.

(I've read online that ansering "yes" to having experimented with marijuana means that I have to get a waiver, and having a waiver automatically gives me a SJC B, but higher-level jobs require a SJC F)

A one-time use of marijuana should not be a problem to get a security clearance or an obstacle to any job in the Air Force. Lying about a one-time use of marijuana will be a very big problem. I know you are not going to lie (or so you say so), but the second half of this post is not for you.

Remember that when you enter the Academy or the AF for that matter and are required to undergo a background investigation, your friends, family and acquaintances will be contacted.

Thank you for your reply and reducing my stress right now. Any other answers from anyone else are also welcomed.
