Form Question

I already sent it in the Offer of Appointment from the first "BFE", but I was wondering whether we're supposed to send in the FORM "O-205" as well?

The form has the Oath of Allegiance, Certification of Travel etc. I haven't turned it in since on one of the lines it states "Sworn and subscribed before me AT THE USAFA CO" so I'm inclined to think were supposed to bring this to the Academy?

I have read that there are forms you bring to be completed at I-Day, I can't say for sure, but that sounds like one of them. =D

I did not send in that form, and my status is "Appointment Accepted."
I believe that that form is a copy of what you will sign at USAFA during I-Day.
