Fossils?

So, this is going to be a bit of an odd question. Are there any places near or on the USAFA campus where you could find fossils? I just really love paleontology, and I know that Colorado is a great state for fossil hunting. And yes, I do realize that this will not be a priority while I attend, I just think that it would be a fun thing to do if I get time off.

Lol, halfway through a crawl you just find some dinosaur fossils.

You should do a google search. The whole Paleozoic sequence (except Silurian) is present in the area and the Front Range foothills have upper Morrison cropping out (the most famous Jurassic unit in the world).
