I've been reaching out to the other candidates from my MOC district to see who got nominated and found out that one of them had received the foundation scholarship. Is my moc's slot charged for this or does this still keep his slot open?
A Foundation student will not have a nomination charged against them for the year they attend the prep school. They will have to reapply to all Nom sources the following year.
