Hello,
Before I begin, I have used the search function to look for an answer. No answers for USAFA but only USNA situations.

I had really bad freshman year grades like 70s and 80s, but then i came back slowing during sophomer year and then by junior year will I was getting A’s in all subjects, especially the ones I struggled with (ex: Math, Russian) I now currently take AP Calculus AB and AP Physics C and AP Russian and I have been doing stellar, all with a 1440 SAT score (maybe might be higher, october scores coming Friday but I am not too sure). Will this give me a heavy toll on my application? I have shown a huge transition and turn around and I want to make sure that USAFA can take heed of that.

The SAs do like a positive trajectory in grades. That’s what you have, and they will notice. (Of course, they much prefer a straight trajectory of all As.) Continue taking your school’s most rigorous classes, especially in STEM. And keep taking that SAT until you feel like you’ve done your very best; it can take 3-4 times to know that. Best wishes.

They'll notice it. No need to worry about it. You can't change it at this point anyway. Worry about the things you have some control over and forget the rest.
