FS-240 (Birth abroad)

To start this off I was born in Germany and I need to give USMA a copy of my fs-240 a.k.a Birth Abroad. Should I upload this document through my USMA portal or should I send it to USMA via mail? If I send it through mail what address should I send it to and how will I know when USMA has recieved my Birth abroad form?

Go to the primary source — USMA Admissions — for questions such as this. But not until you’ve fully read the appropriate section of the website to ensure you haven’t missed anything there.
 
Hey! I was born in Germany and had to do the same thing. Simply upload it through the upload document option and you’ll be good!
 
Our guy uploaded it through the portal. Nothing special.
