And Norfolk. These days of course there would be no Norfolk without sailors. I suppose they could survive off tourism or whatever.

Newport News is where the big ship building shipyard is. Plenty of sailors there too.

Ever wonder why the Norfolk Naval Shipyard is in Portsmouth and the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is in Maine?
