Getting accepted into ROTC with self harm scars

I want to do ROTC in college however when I was a sophomore I self harmed. I went to a physiatrist but I was never diagnosed with any mental illness and I am/was never suicidal. I wasn’t stressed and I didn’t have any anxiety; however, my best friend at the time admitted to me that she was cutting. So I decided to see why she was doing it and did it myself. I regret this to this day. Is there any way I could be accepted into the ROTC program, could I possibly get a waiver from my doctor/Phycologist that I am able to join?

Waivers are not given by your doctor, they are given by the ROTC branch. The only way to find out is to try, although you could also contact @MullenLE and he could potentially illuminate your specific situation.
