Search instagram and you'll see budding groups for USNA2027 or search the hashtag #usma2027 and you'll see more than 140 posts that you can use to identify people to connect with. Search this forum and direct message anyone that has a post noting they are joining you at USMA soon. That's a start. Congrats and good luck.
