Hi everyone, I'm a sophomore scholarship ROTC Cadet at UMass Amherst. A little about me: I'm currently a Sophomore at UMass Amherst, I have a 3.7 GPA, I'm in the honors college, PT score is a 294, I'm on our Ranger Challenge team, Currently ranked 3rd in my grade for OML, I recently got a CULP mission this summer I'll be going to Tanzania, I play on two intramural hockey teams, a club sport (roller hockey), and I'm heavily involved in my fraternity on campus. I'm currently interested in Aviation, Infantry, Military Intelligence, Military Police, and also in getting an education delay and becoming a JAG. I know they're all very different jobs but I'm heavily interested in all of them. What I'm wondering is what sort of PT score, grades, oml standing, etc do I need to get those jobs? Or other jobs available when I commission. Lastly, is there anything else I can do to help me get the best chance at the jobs I want? So does anyone know what a cadet needs in terms of scores to get the different branches after ROTC? If anyone has experience commissioning through rotc or knows any info on this I appreciate it, thank you.

First off let me say that this comment is not directed at you necessarily, but everybody posts on here "what scores do I need, what GPA do I need".....
If you're doing the best you can, you can't do anymore.
If you can increase them by working harder, then do so.
If you can work harder and do more but aren't then you are slacking off.

You see my point...

I don't have a direct answer to your questions, this is merely an observation of a lot of questions.
However, if you are in the top 10% I believe on the OML nationally you get your branch choice, so strive towards that. What that score is??? I don't think anyone on here can predict it.

To get any sort of reasonable answers you probably need to narrow down your choices.
