Be ready to take your CFA: b-ball throw, pullups, sit-ups, push-ups, 1 mile run. If you do well on it while at NASS, you can count it as your official CFA. You will also (probably) do a mock PRT, the one Mids do every semester. That includes 2 minutes of push-ups, 2 minutes of sit-ups, followed by a 1.5 mile run.
