Getting Records to DoDMERB - email ok?

We have some additional medical records from our doctor regarding my son's condition that requires him to obtain a waiver before he can attend Coast Guard Academy (he has a conditional offer, he just has to get the medical waiver). I've scanned them into the computer. Can I just send them as a .PDF file to the helpdesk email and trust they'll get routed to the waiver authorities involved?

Find out the techs number and call directly. They are divided alphabetically. You give last name and last hour of social. We emailed direct to tech and then he emailed us back a confirmation of receipt. Typically very helpful!
