Girls HAIR length question

I believe generally it's enforced more by how it fits under the caps/hats they wear (although I agree with Raimius that there has to be a written standard somewhere!). When I was at WP, you couldn't have long hair, but could out in the Army and the issue was always how the hat fit - never remember anyone measuring the actual bulk.

What's the problem? A little Suave shampoo and then condition with some "Nair"; and all is good.
