Today I received a bunch of gray envelopes from West Point. I know they can be used to send in the employee evaluation form. Can I also use one of them to send in my transcript?

Thanks.

Yes, the letter says "Enclosed are several envelopes for mailing the "Requests for Transcripts" and the "Employer's Evaluation of Candidate"..."

You can use them for almost anything, except for xrays and the SF86 upon appointment. Good luck!

Yea, I got them in the mail today too. I have a question regarding them to send transcripts. Do we have to use them to mail out the transcripts or can the school just use their own envelopes? Does it really matter if you use the gray ons or not??

I don't think it matters. My school does not provide them, so the gray ones save me money :thumb:

West Point won't dock you brownie points for not using them, but they are a ton easier. As Ectriso said for his school, mine didn't pay for postage either. So it saved probably 7 or 8 bucks by the end of the deal and you don't ever have to address them or anything. Take advantage of them. It's worth it. :thumb:
