Great advice on changing college admissions process from Harvard

It's a year too late for my son. He takes care of me do to disability and also his 3 siblings. He'd love to have true leadership positions on his applications but between 9 military moves and his dad's deployments he has focused on his family. He loves sports and plays sports for his high school but that's all there's time for. He rushed me to the ER in less than 5 min this past weekend after a crisis. It frustrates me he couldn't do more outside of family.
