Does anyone know if you are non-scholarship green to gold if the request is initiated automatically or if the local college ROTC needs to initiate waiver?
I tried to ask the question and my case manager responded with "read the letter and let me know if you have questions." Which I had already read it and thats why I had a question.
The letter mentions National Scholarship is automatic and on-campus already ROTC will be processed by the battalion. I saw nothing that addressed my situation.
Finally she gave me a contact at cadet command. The correspondence with the lady at cadet command was even rougher. She couldn't understand what I was asking and she wouldn't accept a phone call. Can someone please help answer this question? I'm really struggling to get answers in this covid, teleworking environment.
My status says "under waiver review" if that helps shed light. If it says that does that mean contact with the waiver authority has been made?
