Hey everyone. I'm Jesse. I'm currently an Active Army NCO at JBLM, WA and am pursuing the Green to Gold Non-Scholarship option to earn my Masters degree. I have more than 10 years in the military including two tours to Iraq.

I'm glad to be here and learn as much as I can, as well as share my knowledge. If anyone has any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

:welcome1: I live right down the freeway in Lacey. I don't know how long you have been here but if you need tips on good places to visit or eat just let me know.

My husband was an NCO at Ft. Lewis when we met and currently one of my nephews is an NCO in a Stryker unit at Lewis. (Sorry I will never get used to calling it JBLM - it will always be Ft. Lewis and McChord AFB to me.)

Thank you for the offer. I'm always on the lookout for good food. I've been here about eight months, so I know the general area, but I really haven't done too much exploring.

I call it Lewis too. Or JaBLaM!!

Seriously, the "Joint Base XXX" crap has to stop. We even do it downrange now...it used to be LSA Anaconda...now it's Joint Base Balad.

Welcome to the forum. What's your PMOS?

I'm currently a 13M, but I used to be a 15T and 11B as well. What airframe are you on?
