Do the 4 items needed by a guidance counselor (Transcript, Schedule, Records, and School Profile) need to get manually approved or do they automatically receive a green checkmark on your checklist once submitted. I'm asking because I've had a red checkmark next to those 4 even though they were submitted last Saturday (The 16th).

Admissions probably has them in hand, but the candidate-facing portal has not yet updated. That’s only a few business days ago. There are thousands of pieces of data from thousands of candidates headed toward Admissions. If you don’t see an update in 30 days or so, check on it. I suspect there is a QA check to ensure completeness.

My ds's were updated to a green checkmark immediately when his were sent which surprised me. He is homeschooled so I was the school admin and he checked his portal right after I sent the documents. It did take several weeks after that for admissions to look at them and send me the follow-up quetsions I was expecting.
If you know they were sent, I'd give it more time as Capt MJ wrote. However, it wouldn't hurt to check with your counselor to make sure they were indeed sent.
