Missed St. Paddy’s Day because of a very busy and exhausting week. Thought it would be fun to have our English friends over for dinner tonight — they’re real English, born and bred — to partake in corned beef and cabbage. Just to get their Irish up 🤭.

Alas, the store was all out of corned beef! So lamb chops and spotted dick it is!
