Has anyone been contacted in Northern California, particularly in the Bay Area?

Interviews with Swalwell, Feinstein and Boxer (mid Jan) for USMA. Waiting on all three although it sounds like some Feinstein communications have gone out.

My son had interview with member of Congresswoman Pelosi's nominating committee in early December. He hasn't heard at all from either Senator.

Just trying to keep this thread going. Any more calls from Bay Area folks? In CA-15 (Swalwell) we were told "around or just after Christmas time". Also, I see Feinstein has made some calls. Any idea if her office would publish the full slates at once or only publish partial slates while waiting to hear from MOCs?

My DS interviewed on Dec 5th and received a nomination for USMA from Feinstein mid-December. We live in Sacramento.

Do you know this because your DS or DD has received notification? If so, how was s/he notified?

Haha I am the DS. Boxer's office called me last week to tell me to clear my calendar the 23rd. They conduct interviews over the phone anytime between 8 and 5

Congrats! Looks like my DD is going to have to be happy with just her MoC nomination. It's all good.

Hi neighbor, I'm in CA 47. From what I am told, we're fairly competitive district-wise. Yet pretty much every well-qualified kid gets a nomination.

I believe it's fairly competitive. I've been fortunate to receive noms to USAFA last year and this year from 48.
