My DD is prior enlisted obviously and is at Jump School right now. She easily passed her sit-ups and push ups for he PT test Monday but a lightening storm prevented them from running so the Cadre decided to run the PT test for record today. This time the Black Hat killed her on her push-ups only counting 14, not the same instructor as Monday. She is very confused as to what to do. Yesterday 20 in a row accepted told to get up, today 34 and told to get up with only 14 accepted and no explanation.

To her credit she told me the fact is you have to pass and that is not the instructors fault, no excuse, no backing up. She gets to retest tomorrow thankfully and she was very angry but determined this morning when I talked to her so I expect success. She wants those wings very badly.

My question is will it cost her the LOA if she fails the PT at jump school?? She has met all other qualifications and is waiting her BFE. I understand this is a question that only the admissions board may be able to answer. She is resolved to win tomorrow, her mother and I are in knots.

Thanks
