Has USAFA issued rejections yet, or only appointments?

On this forum, I have seen Direct appointments, falcon foundation scholarships, prep schools, etc. I have NOT seen any mentions of rejections being given out yet. Is that something that will occur later in the cycle?

Someone reported that they got a rejection letter but they were active duty. Rejections will be out by April 21
